paper bags and plastic hearts

a voracious appetite indeed, my three auntie colleagues were staring at me in wide eyed wonder. i just had tempura, grilled mackerel, cod & shitakae soup, salmon sashimi, chowahmooshit (hehehe), salmon soup, sushi from the conveyer, oranges and miso soup, matcha ice cream (single scoop), matcha ice cream with red bean paste and glutinous rice balls and chocolate sundae. i am so happy now i can bounce about and sing along to miley cyrus! must be the auntie instincts in my colleagues that made them force feed me, and also because they constantly point at my collar bone and go, "eeeyerr so skinny eat more!"

i just hated how i had to eat slowly and daintily. but i think once i reached the matcha the prisoner of war in me was emancipated, complete with a ravenous smirk at the corner of my lips! hahaha! my facial expression was quite constipated and i think it thoroughly betrayed me. "no la i'm not THAT hungry..." oh yeah sure deborah, sure. in any case i was really touched that they treated me, since i only sit here, sucking aircon, surfing the net mindlessly, being on facebook the whole day, emailing friends, smsing and talking on the phone. i thanked them profusely that one auntie went "aiya dunch nid keep saying!" hahaha! i got a faded gold beaded hairtie (from the women) and a bag full of chocolates too (from the only guy)! (: my colleages are so nice, i think i'll surprise them with cheesecake! (: more pics on facebook!
