Happy Birthday Daryl! :)

Brought Daryl for a surprise dinner on board the Singapore Flyer! (: I refused to give details about the dinner and stupid Amanda Lim blurted it out once, but thank goodness he didn't know what was going on haha! here are some pictures!

the flight was delayed due to bad weather ): we eventually adjourned to the VIP lounge via a special lift!

that's me slacking in the lounge in front of the telly, half sulking coz i was hungry.

accompanied with sweet potato mash and garlic baked zucchini

topped with thyme infused gravy

ROASTED DUCK CONFIT

served with a combination of mashed sweet potato and pumpkin

and a medley of Mediterranean vegetables

together with a choice of freshly brewed coffee or specialty tea

Won't ever forget this (: The food was not bad, and I liked the appetizer the most!!!
