Haha, well i was never really someone who cared about university rankings, but rather its alumni. I remember around this time last year, everyone *or at least everyone i knew* was talking about university. So i was wondering, what do YOU look for in a university? Wonder what the response will be like, so just tag, anonymously if you want! haha.

I remember that NTU was not even an option for me, considering how quick NUS got back to me, and SMU took the longest, even though I got inside information that I made it in. hahaha. So i was left with these options: NTU Psychology (it was initially Sociology because i pangsehed the interviewers hahaha), NUS FASS and SMU Economics. and i took NUS simply because 1) i didn't know what i wanted to major in yet, 2) i just like the branding of NUS, 3) it has a strong alumni and 4) it was my mom's old school.

okay, some people might think 4)'s just absurd but i do follow in my mom's footsteps a lot. she's indeed a role model to me, and yes, my secondary school was her secondary school and she told me NOT to choose her JC (i.e. NJC) simply because she condemned it for some reason so i remember being torn between RJ and VJ when i was taking my O Levels. RJ was out coz i didn't feel right after the openhouse, and of course VJ was a stone's throwaway (literally!!!) and i like to sleep so ......

there you go.

haha on another note, i can't wait for the hols to come!!! i want to go to KL with yvonne and shop my heart and eyeballs out. but it might clash with some pre-camp stuff so we'll see how it goes. i'm looking forward to East Asia this hols, since my plans seem to all be there so yeah i hope it'll be fun and pretty girls will abound haha!!! anyway here's the Food For Thought Photos
