Close my eyes and i'll be by your side

since i've reached saturation point, i might as well blog.

been travelling to kent ridge campus and back, since i was never the sort who'd work well at home )x le sigh. over the days i've been becoming more and more friendsick -if there was ever such a word- i really miss the groups of good friends i've made in jc as well as secondary sch. the breaking point came when i was shit stuck on a micro econs question and the shuffle mode played Great Escape. suddenly this flood of bittersweet emotions came rushing into my saturated brain at its breaking point and i actually cried in the middle of changi airport's tcc. good thing liesel prompted me to call her, and i stopped after that.

Paper bags and plastic hearts
All our belongings in shopping carts
It's goodbye
But we got one more night

Let's get drunk and ride around
And make peace with an empty town
We can make it right

Throw it away Forget yesterday
We'll make the great escape
We won't hear a word they say
They don't know us anyway
Watch it burn Let it die
Cause we are finally free tonight

Tonight will change our lives
It's so good to be by your side
We'll cry we won't give up the fight
We'll scream loud at the top of our lungs
And they'll think it's just cause we're young
And we'll feel so alive

All of the wasted time
The hours that were left behind
The answers that we'll never find
They don't mean a thing tonight

-weird- ):

haha. so yes. anyway i've observed, during the long car rides home, that the beeyouteaful sports cars, (with that i mean European sports cars, coz i somehow don't turn when i see japanese ones) seem to be driven by old, balding uncles either going through andropause or experiencing mid life crisis. why? sigh. which brings me to the GP question i was supposed to presentation on in jc but never did hahahaha coz mrs Koh forgot- youth is wasted on the young. indeed.

like how flawless and fair skin's wasted on a plain looking girl. sigh the unfairness of life. sometimes i think all the good stuff should just be given to one person to make the person the best person in the world. hahaha. but that would just make everyone else suck and want to kill themselves for being the lousiest of the lot. but then again if we don't have lousy people we wouldn't know what's good would we? ok i'm wandering off the tangent.... basically God is fair. haha somehow, even if you don't agree with me. once you try and find some fault you'd be able to find it. unless you're completely besotted with the person. hahaha.

so anyway! i think old uncles shldn't drive sports cars although they are the ones who can afford it without going bankrupt. it's like turning around to see a hot girl sashay by and when she turns around she/he looks hideous. yeah, that sort of effect. hahaha. that's why i refuse to stare at cars. esp nice cars. the worst ones are the zhnged ah beng cars with blue lights, windows down, a hand holding a lit cigarette and music from the bygone eras blasting for the whole earth to hear. wait, they aren't even in the nice car category. i guess i still prefer BMWs, Merc and Audis. HAH. esp when they're black *swoons*, with shine, windows up and when you stare hard enough there's a guy with a collared shirt in it who looks intellectual *SWOONS x2*

hahahhaa...

on a sidenote, i finally got the images from mark! i've been wanting to share this for a real long time! these were taken in December or November 2008, anyway i'm glad and fortunate to have worked with him. although he wanted another effect, i guess it came up pretty good.(: so it's good for my portfolio and his! haha! zz. sorry for the fats, it was 49.5kg.
