Service today was post-conference stuff... and Delirious? came! haha, last concert they're gonna have before they disband and they chose our church!!! the matriarch made us leave church earlier.
okay the usual sunday brunch! i think my blog's becoming more food oriented than anything else. i forgot to take photos (like some psycho tourist) at last sunday's at Chat Masala.. so here goes: Metropole Chinese Restaurant @ Clarke Quay....
i LOVE mantou. ;D it can almost be the only thing i choose to eat in a chinese restaurant. i can't say that this is the best ive ever tasted but i think it looks really pretty like shells (: haha i had five. the rest of the food was just so so... never actually liked exquisite chinese food, although i like the kind of normal food chinese moms cook for dinner XD anywayyyyy what's worth blogging about is

close up 2 *gulpz* actually i was the scaredy cat. my mom and daryl were happily swallowing scorpion after scorpion!!!! (haha, exaggerated.. we only had one per person) i didnt even dare remove the sting at the end of its tail. its like how im afraid of carcasses. im afraid that they'll suddenly come to life and stab me. hahaha too much slasher flicks i guess.BUT I WAS BRAVE!!

yahoooooooo. it wasnt thaaaat hard considering how many ants ive been eating as a kid. yeah i used to hide under my grandparent's dining table eating ants that crawled along the side of the wall. hahhahahaha. i was a retard as a kid. it has a minty and weird after taste but not as bad as the scorpion coz that one makes u go O_o literally.
